1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon termination, you must cease all use of jl520 services. Any outstanding balance in your account (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. jl520 is not obligated to provide reasons for account termination, although we will generally do so when requested.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you, and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns will remain closed for the self-exclusion period you selected.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
